Civil / Structural Engineering Department ManagerSchedule & Location: Akron, OH | HybridSalary: $150,000-$185,000 (salary + paid OT)Minimum Requirements: Registered PE License, BS or MS in Civil Structural Engineering, Industrial Structural Design experience, Engineering Leadership, Consulting expAbout the RoleAn established, privately held industrial engineering and design-build firm is seeking an experienced Civil / Structural Engineering Department Manager to lead its civil/structural discipline. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and hands-on engineering work. The successful candidate will act as the senior technical authority for civil/structural projects while managing, mentoring, and developing a team of engineers and designers.Note: This position is strictly focused on industrial facilities.
