Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid Onsite 4-days / week)

Job Description:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We're seeking a passionate Designer II, Running Apparel - ETW who has a focused interest in understanding org's design and a passion for performance apparel product.

Bachelor's degree in design, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

3-5 years of experience designing and developing performance apparel.

Strong Photoshop, Illustrator skills

Must be able to create accurate 2D technical drawings

Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials

Ai and Vizcom experience a plus

Experience in technical apparel design is a plus

Experienced with presentation programs: Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Miro

Positive personality and energy

Contribute and align to shared team culture and behaviors

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Supporting the apparel design team with day-to-day projects within the running space with physical and digital assets.

SKILLS

Ability to update line art and designs based on feedback, fittings, design reviews.

Ability to iterate on design options for design leads utilizing Illustrator and Vizcom.

Ability to update keynote presentations with accurate representation of designs.

Assist in design research of inspiration images for details, construction, and mood imagery.

Assist in updating family files and connecting with color partners to ensure accuracy.

Assist in physical boards with accurate designs, materials and trims.

Strong organizational skills with clear communication.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum required years of experience: 3+ YOE designing and developing performance apparel

Education requirements: Bachelors in design, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

Must have skills:

Must be able to create accurate 2D technical drawings

Supporting design with day to day tasks

Experience with Board building including samples and swatches

Nice to have skills:

Ability to update line art, this role is an in between a technical and a creative role

Experience in technical apparel design

Ai and Vizcom experience

Software/technical requirements:

Experienced with presentation programs: Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, Miro

Previous industry experience preference: Yes

Portfolio: Has in interesting aesthetic and design voice, technical drawings of apparel
