LockheedMartin Aeronautics in FortWorth, TX is seeking a Level 4 Industrial Engineer Staff to drive Enterprise excellence into our Fabrication Manufacturing environments in support of the F35 Joint Strike Fighter, C-130 Hercules, F-16 Fighting Falcon, as well as Skunkworks Advanced Development programs. This is an opportunity to influence multiple high volume, high mix fabrication environments across multiple sites machining centers and labor work cells to include singlepiece flow and batch processing.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Defining bestpractice SOPs, process diagrams, standard work and training materials for Core Aeronautics Industrial Engineering teams.
Applying Lean Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints principles to eliminate waste, streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks.
Engaging directly on the shop floor to interface with Operations staff; identifying pain points and leading continuous improvement projects.
Deploying digital performance reports and metrics.
Designing work center structures to align with our 1:1 singular process to work center principle
Optimizing work center SAP capacity requirements planning attributes and standards
Using CRP data to mitigate part commodity demand vs. capacity gaps to empower Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) business rhythms.
Utilizing demand/capacity simulation tools to forecast production scenarios.
Partnering with Operations leadership to develop recovery plans.
Traveling up to 10% annually to collaborate with sites in CA, GA, SC, PA, FL.
This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your Fabrication experience in concert with cuttingedge technology and innovation to enable critical Department of Defense programs in support of the Warfighter in the field. This position will be based out of Fort Worth, Texas and will require some travel to other U.S. sites. U.S. Citizenship is required to meet security requirements.

Experience with Microsoft Tools Applied IE experience in part Fabrication environments

Experience leading Continuous Improvement problem solving (A3) and project management
SAP Capacity Requirements Planning and Scheduling experience to include work center configuration, standard hour maintenance and SAP CRP back-scheduling variables
Experience building and negotiating touch labor Staffing Plans and Estimates to Complete (EAC)
Experience with Dynamic Scheduling software tools
Experience with statistical analysis (regression analysis, statistical process control)
Experience with database operations (data mining, SQL statements)
Experience Working with Business Objects (BO) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to create visual data analytic dashboards in Tableau
Experience with EVMS processes and tools
Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA/ 5s/ 6s, etc.)
