Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of tumble finishing technologies to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of assembly and inspection equipment to ensure high reliability and precision.
- Evaluate existing production technologies, tools, and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve overall efficiency and costs.
- Provide technical support and expertise for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to transfer new technologies from concept to production.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field)
- 2+ years of production engineering or related experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies
- Strong analytical skills with complex problem-solving abilities
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to production environments
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation systems
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
