Facilities Analyst BIM/CAD Specialist (Experienced or Senior)

Boeings STL Engineering organization is currently seeking a Facilities Analyst BIM/CAD Specialist in Hazelwood, MO to support our operations in St. Louis and the surrounding areas where Boeing maintains facilities in support of production. Our team is hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Specialists.

This role involves working within a dynamic facilities environment that supports critical production operations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in high, medium, and low voltage systems, with a strong focus on maintaining and upgrading aging infrastructure within manufacturing facilities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day drawing and modeling needs, in addition to documentation upkeep

  • Develop and maintain 2D drawings and 3D models in accordance with Boeing standards

  • Update as-built documentation to reflect completed work, minor renovations, and ongoing facility changes

  • Support small-scale projects, tenant improvements, and operations-led initiatives with timely drafting and modeling outputs ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and documentation accuracy

  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to align drawing updates with model-based deliverables and datasets

  • Assist with drawing archive management and digital filing within the common data environment

  • Work closely with field teams to verify conditions and ensure alignment between model/drawing updates and real-world conditions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD and/or CATIA

  • 3+ years of experience with a CAD software or drafting software tool

  • 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of drafting experience in architecture, engineering, or facility management

  • Experience with digital file management and version control

  • Experience supporting facilities or capital projects in a technical drawing capacity

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ISO 19650 workflows

  • Experience reviewing or referencing laser scan data for as-built updates

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Experienced Level: $80,750 - $109,250

Summary Pay Range for Senior Level: $98,600 - $133,400
