We’re seeking a Mechanical CAD Designer to support our engineering team by creating detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings for our custom drilling machines . This role offers hands-on collaboration, professional growth opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed part and assembly drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks

• Revise existing mechanical drawings to reflect design updates

• Assist with bill of materials (BOM) creation and updates

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs meet performance and manufacturability requirements

• Support documentation for machine manuals and assembly instructions

• Occasionally assist with electrical drafting tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, CAD Drafting, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of mechanical drafting/design experience, including 3D modeling

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (or similar CAD software)

• Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies, tolerances, and manufacturing processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
