Associate Manufacturing Process Technician
Job Description

Join us as an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician, where you will routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role involves moving totes, large-scale solution preparation, batching, cleaning, steaming, and prepping equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform solution preparation and equipment cleaning according to SOPs.
  • Handle material and prepare drug products for processing.
  • Operate and maintain equipment used in manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize Electric Batch Records, DeltaV, and LIMS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
Essential Skills
  • Biotech drug substance manufacturing experience, preferably in solution preparation.
  • Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
  • Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Proficiency with basic technology such as laptops and tablets, including iPads.
  • Strong employment history and reliability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Prior exposure to GMP-regulated industries, electronic batch records, DeltaV, or LIMS is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent work ethic.
Work Environment

This role starts on a day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, five days a week, and later transitions to a rotating 12-hour schedule as part of a 24/7 operation. The work involves standing for prolonged periods, and candidates must be prepared to work either AM or PM shifts on a rotating schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
