Manufacturing Systems (Automation) Engineer
Location: New Albany, OH (Onsite)
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems (Automation) Engineer to join their esteemed team in New Albany, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation systems for packaging machinery.
Implement and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other automation equipment.
Integrate new technologies into existing systems and optimize processes.
Diagnose and resolve automation system issues, providing technical support.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and GMP standards.
Lead and manage automation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Skills Required:
Experience with PLC/HMI troubleshooting (Rockwell, B&R, Siemens).
Industrial packaging experience.
Strong electrical design skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes.
Proficiency in programming and automation technologies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Automation.
Associate's degree with 6 years of experience or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in relevant industries.
