Starting salary range is $70 – 80k

Our client is a +50 year old US based manufacturing company. They have very low employee turnover and a great work culture. They are growing and have plans to add another 50 people to their manufacturing plant in Central Arkansas.

For this role, we’re looking for an early career Manufacturing Engineer who is looking for an opportunity to work with and learn from more senior, experienced engineers and in order to advance their careers up through the organization.

BS degree in Polymer Science, Packaging Science, Chemistry or similar 4-year engineering degree is required for this role.

2 – 5 years of experience in any of the following: thermoforming, plastic films, sheet extrusion or similar flexible packaging experience is preferred.

Understanding of industry converting equipment is a plus.
