This transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, receipt of regulatory approvals, and country specific information and consultation needs where required. This is a significant milestone for the P&F business and will allow for the strategic investment and resources needed for sustaining growth and delivering customer solutions. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Providing support and leadership for the manufacture of market leading biopharma processing filters
Identifying, Initiating, recommending, and leading projects to improve product cost, service, quality, process safety, and health/environmental impact
Performing and guiding technical and validation activities related to new product development and product line extensions.
Leading problem-solving events to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Monitoring and improving manufacturing operations using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology (design of experiments, statistical process control, lean management system, kaizens, DMAIC)
Working closely with production and maintenance teams to perform troubleshooting and resolve equipment/downtime issues
Leading and executing projects for new production lines and new products
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of combined experience in manufacturing and/or engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Experience in process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Demonstrated project leadership abilities on highly technical and complex projects
Ability to lead and contribute across a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in Lean Six Sigma/Quality Improvement
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
Microsoft Office proficient
Work location:

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
