Kaukahi is seeking an

experienced Senior Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) Technician with a

strong background in AutoCAD and Bentley MicroStation. This position

plays a vital role in supporting facility survey projects across the

United States. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of

architectural floor plans, AEC industry standards, and have the ability

to convert field sketches into highly accurate digital floor plans.

This is a part-time position offering career growth opportunities, with

assignments that may range in duration from a few days to several months

depending on project scope. The role involves extensive travel, with up

to 100% travel expected.

**Tasks:**

- Use CAD tools to create and update digital floor plans of buildings

on military installations

- Interpret and document space usage according to standardized

criteria and attributes

- Utilize computing and digital measuring devices to generate highly

accurate floor plans

- Maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail

- Ensure detailed data quality standards are consistently maintained

- Engage with clients and team members in a professional and

collaborative manner

Compensation Minimum: \$20.00

Compensation Maximum: \$23.00

Job Requirements:

**Qualifications**:

- Associates in related field

- Minimum of 5 years of prior CAD experience

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Physically able to walk or stand for more than 6 hours per day

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with ePRISMS (minimum 3 years)

**Physical Requirements**

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must

have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending,

reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and

efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to {50} pounds as

necessary. Optional: Physically able to walk or stand for more than 6

hours per day
