Survey Cad Technician

As a Survey CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating detailed survey drawings and maps using Civil 3D and MicroStation. Your role will involve collaborating with surveyors and engineers to ensure the accuracy and quality of our deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Create detailed survey drawings, maps, and plans using Civil 3D and MicroStation.
  • Interpret field data and survey notes to create accurate CAD models.
  • Collaborate with surveyors and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Maintain and organize survey data and CAD files.
  • Assist in the preparation of survey reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CAD-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest CAD software developments and best practices.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and MicroStation software.
  • Strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Surveying, Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in survey drafting using Civil 3D and MicroStation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
