Sales Engineer

I am currently working with a reputable Contract Manufacturing company in the St Paul, Minnesota area looking for a Sales Engineer to add to their team. This is an on site position with some travel required.

The duties and requirements of the position include:

• Understanding of manufacturing process in metal fabrication.
• Work with customers to design products for their applications.
• Work as a subject matter expert to add technical support for the customers.
• Prepare designs and quotes by working with Sales, Estimating and Customer Service.
• Stay informed of industry changes to improve manufacturability.
• Establish project timelines to meet customer requirements.
• Working knowledge of Solid Works or other 3D modeling software.
• 3-5 years’ experience in technical sales or engineering role.
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
