Manufacturing Technician

Our client is seeking a Crystal Growth Technician to join their team. As a Crystal Growth Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Crystal Growth Technician

Shift : 7-3:30 Weekends are a MUST

Location: Rockford, TN

Pay Range: $24.00

What's the Job?

• Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.
• Grow crystals used in imaging equipment to meet production demands.
• Mix raw materials to a specified mixture accurately.
• Monitor various crystal growth processes and maintain operational records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and process documentation.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a hot environment.
• Good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment is preferred.
