Our client, a leader in the distribution industry, is seeking an ENG Industrial Engineer II to join their team. As an ENG Industrial Engineer II, you will be part of the Distribution organization supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ENG Industrial Engineer II

Location: Forest City, IA

Pay Range: 25.00 - 28.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Identify, quantify and communicate opportunities for improvement on the Distribution network.
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of improvements.
• Establish best practices across the Distribution network.
• Maintain documentation of best practices and administer their execution.
• Measure, interpret and report on the performance of Distribution operations.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in project management and analysis within a distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and labor management.
• Ability to build staffing planning models and determine metrics for Supply Chain management.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Experience in establishing performance incentive programs based on engineered labor standards.
