Mega-Site Manufacturing Quality Engineer

This role is responsible for the generation, implementation, and management of a Manufacturing focused Meta Quality Program, by establishing a Quality Program that is focused on people, processes and accountability through influential vendor management and effective partnerships with site-based stakeholders (General Contractor Teams, Vendor Teams, Trade Partners, and Infra-Data Center Teams). Through leadership and partnerships, the Manufacturing Quality Engineers will utilize our program core competencies to drive vendor improvement objectives and issue mitigation strategies to ensure day one readiness, predictable on-time delivery, and operational reliability of our global campuses.7+ years experience of Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Improvement, Process Management or Mission Critical Engineering/Construction/Operations. Bachelors in engineering or construction management or equivalent work experience. Experience in utilizing analysis, problem-solving, communications skills, and associated quality tools. Demonstrated experience in directly and indirectly managing output of complex projects, programs, suppliers, or internal teams. A proven communicator with experience energizing short-term and maintaining long-term relationships. Experience with sharing information and influencing others (communication skills, experience to liaise cross functionally, internally, and externally. This includes executive communications and presentations. Extensive experience in supplier performance management Technical knowledge of data centers and critical electrical and mechanical systems Experience delivering large scale ($500M+), multi-prime mission critical construction projects. Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field and/or ACC Build software. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Equivalent Certifications.
