Manufacturing Technician

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO

What's the Job?

• Operate large-scale reaction vessels, industrial centrifuges, and dryers.
• Support operational functions and assist with the implementation of improvements.
• Engage in problem-solving and performance management within the production area.
• Maintain a high-quality work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or other scientific discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment preferred, or an Associate degree with 5+ years of large-scale chemical manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
