Qualifications/Requirements * BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. * Proven project management experience. * Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience. * Proficient in Auto-cad or similar drafting/3Dmodeling software. * Willingness to take on challenging assignments in all areas of the plant * Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the manufacturing floor to understand the issues the mechanics, and operators face on a daily basis. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and drive change/results. * Must posses a high level of motivation and resourcefulness.
