Job Title: Run Plant Engineer (Emulsion Polymer Process) Company: Arkema Inc. Supports and executes the Manage Production Work Process within the plant. Provides the technical expertise, leadership, and experience necessary to optimize plant operations.- Work with local team to accomplish personal goals as they relate to the Site MI Plan.- Participates in the technical training and advising of block personnel.- Works with plant personnel to optimize operations as well as to meet business and plant goals.- Provide leadership needed to improve EH&S performance. · Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required.· Minimum of 4 years of experience· Emulsion polymer process knowledge desired· Black Belt or Green Belt Certification preferred, but not required.· Travel requirements are minimal· Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and solid knowledge/experience with EH&S Performance & Compliance, Cost Management, Plant Reliability, Product Quality and Personal Development.· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)· Demonstrated leadership skills; as well as demonstrated ability to develop goals and action to improve performance An Equal Opportunity Employer.
