Duties and Responsibilities Develop technical hands-on process / product solutions, cross-departmental manufacturing solutions, and process control monitoring are key functional responsibilities. Interact daily with High Performance Work Teams to resolve problems, initiating alternatives and providing solutions; transmitting instruction and information with clarity and accuracy in a real time environment. Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes. Create, maintain, and revise manufacturing and assembly procedures; initiate and implement engineering change orders and document change verifications allowing for an efficient manufacturing process. Must be capable of applying statistical analysis techniques such as Design of Experiments, Optimization, Process Reliability, Hypothesis Testing and Regression Analysis.  Experience with CAD (AutoDAD and/or Solid Edge) is preferred.  Must have strong analytical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.  CMfgT Certification and/or qualified EIT preferred.
