Assure that standards are set and adhered to.Develop annual capital and operating budgets. Maintain oversight of department budget.Support site Environmental, Health and Safety programs.Oversee the implementation and administration of all company policies.Identify, develop budget for, prioritize and direct justification and implementation of capital projects; monitor progress, initiate corrective action as required.
