Job Title: Manufacturing Laboratory Technician - Company: Location: Sacramento, CA Description: Small manufacturer of "in vitro" medical diagnostic assays has an opening for a Technician in the Manufacturing department. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position requires a Bachelors Degree in a biological discipline with specific knowledge of general laboratory techniques and equipment. Experience in cell culture and aseptic technique is preferred, and an understanding of immunology, serological techniques, and diagnostic assays is desirable. Duties include performing all aspects of production including tissue culture, ELISA production. reagent preparation, updating documents and forms, and participating in investigations and process change activities. The position requires the ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
