Job Title: Industrial Engineer- Location is Ohio Company: The Albrecht Group Location: Ames, IA Description: My client, a designer and manufacturer of consumer products is seeking an Industrial Engineer for their operation, located outside of Columbus , Ohio . Responsibilities Utilize quick changeover techniques to identify critical paths. Reduce non-value added motions associated with die changeovers. Perform time studies with the objective to identify and reduce cycle time. Establish process improvements through work rebalance and parts presentation. Utilize Kaizen process improvements tools. Lead productivity projects. Develop value stream maps to analyze the impact of process improvements. Develop and coach hourly associates regarding Lean principles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing operation. This position offers relocation assistance and a solid benefits package.
