Assist with FAA, FCC, Development and Manufacturing testing, as required. Test (per required Manufacturing Test Procedure), assemble/disassemble, repair or replace component parts, subassemblies and/or assemblies without damage to finalize an acceptable product. Learn, understand and use the processes and procedures for producing products required by manufacturing, then suggests improvements based on measured results or analysis. Assist with any production assembly/disassembly requirements to produce items as required to feedback to the Engineering organization for Product improvements. Qualifications: Minimum Five (5) years experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering in support of product development or Manufacturing Engineering. Associates Degree and appropriate level of experience in similar roles. Demonstrated high level of competency in relationship building and dealing with ambiguous situations, sometimes in a high pressure product delivery environment. Proven track record of problem solving, broad thinking and high level of energy and sense of urgency. Must take a Manufacturing view for overall Product or Process improvement. Effectively communicates down, across and up through the Company, as required, both internally and external of the team. Experience working with Telecommunications and Avionics products a plus. Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as working inclusively within a multidisciplinary and possibly a multicultural team. Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change in a fast moving environment. Ability to read and interpret schematics and/or electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches.
