Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Manager Company: Location: Minneapolis, MN Description: Manufacturing Engineering Manager In this position, you will have the primary responsibility for the manufacture and delivery of Sicron?s products. To be successful in this role, you will need to: ? Continuously improve manufacturing process (recently transitioned to an outsourced partner) ? Improve current product lines (design for manufacturability) ? Collaborate on future products and services offerings ? Provide input on sales channel strategy and implementation Team Members Applications Engineer Provide daily work direction, review new opportunities Office Assistant (pt) Bookkeeping, phones and general office help (IT) Regional Sales Reps Meet regularly with Sicron Reps to review sales pipeline, concerns, etc. Manufacturing Partner Meet with primary contacts (Project Manager, Sales Manager) on a regular basis, kick off new orders, make sure WIP is being processed on-time and of acceptable quality Expectations You will need a Mechanical Engineering degree, working knowledge of Solidworks, and have manufacturing experience and/or job shop experience. You will be need to enjoy being very hands on and active in all areas of business, including engineering, sales (infrequent customer visits, meetings), product design input, etc. You will need to be highly organized and detail oriented.
