This role requires strong cost analysis skills and constant monitoring of budget and cost for all projects, cost reduction efforts and total production costs. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience will give the selected candidate the ability to use sound engineering judgment, creative thinking and problem solving. Supervisory experience is a must to lead a team of diverse, dynamic individuals in projects, new initiatives and cost savings throughout all process.
