Responsibilities: Develop assembly process and build first run Alpha and Beta units for trials and validation. Develop and qualify assembly methods for Pilot production. Create and maintain detailed Work Instructions on developed processes. Establish critical process parameters and Statistical Process Controls (SPC) to ensure process consistency.
