Identify and drive implementation of product improvementso Continue to improve/optimize assembly methodologies, process, tools and fixtures to reduce manufacturing cycle time, improve product quality and eliminate waste.o Champion Lean Six Sigma practices in Manufacturing.o Required ExperienceExperience:A minimum of 10 years of experienc in an instrument manufacturing environment that assembled and tested systems under a quality system like ISO, QSR, or Mil Spec. Experienc in the design, fabrication and ssembly of mechanical and electro-mechanical devices. Industrial engineering experience a big plus.Specific Skills/Knowledge:Ability to generate ECOs, creating and structuring bill of materials, supplier and component selections, and well versed in the use of Software applications (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office), portimizing and troubleshooting mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. In depth knowledge of part design and manufacturing process. Ability to formulate and execute a work plan in accordance with project objectives.
